Can I combine multiple filters at once?

Yes. You can select several PKD codes, professions, regions, counties, and cities, and narrow results by founding date or “has website”. Available record count updates live.

What does contact mode mean (email, phone, both)?

Contact mode defines which contact fields a company must have to appear in the export. Email — email only, phone — phone only, both — complete email and phone. Price and count change with the mode.

Where does the “available records” number come from?

Accepted Answer

After you set filters we query the company database and show matching records plus a breakdown for email, phone, and both. The record slider max adjusts to the query result.

How do I download a sample before buying?

With filters set, click “Request sample” in the order summary. After email and consent you receive a 10-row CSV matching your criteria (with full email and phone).

Which export formats are available?

CSV and XLSX with company name, NIP, REGON, PKD, city, region, email, and phone per your filter and contact mode.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes — discount tiers appear on the record slider. More records mean a lower unit net price; savings are shown in the summary.

Which extra services can I add?

At checkout you can add optional services such as a 12-month update pack, cold email setup, or AI voice bot deployment. The base database works without them.

When do I get access after payment?

Access is activated automatically once payment clears. The database appears in your dashboard — download CSV or XLSX anytime with no download limit.

Can I legally use the database for cold email or calling?

Data comes from public registers and lawful B2B sources, but marketing campaigns require your own legal basis (e.g. legitimate interest), relevant messaging, and opt-out. You accept the B2B data license terms at checkout.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes — a VAT invoice is sent automatically to the email provided at checkout, for both companies and individuals with a tax ID.
