General Provisions
These Terms govern the provision of electronic services through the bazafirm.online Service, in particular the rules for creating an account, placing orders, making payments, and downloading purchased databases.
- These Terms comply with the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204)
- These Terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827) — where applicable
- The Service is intended primarily for businesses (B2B). The buyer declares that the purchase relates to business or professional activity
- Purchasing a database requires additional acceptance of B2B data licence terms — they form an integral part of the contract
- Every user is required to read these Terms before using the Service
Electronic Services Provided
User account
The Service allows you to create an account, which provides access to the customer panel, order history, downloading purchased databases, and managing consents. The account is free. Registration requires an email address and password (min. 12 characters). The account is verified by clicking an activation link sent to the provided email address.
Database generator
The generator allows you to configure filters (PKD, city, contact mode, number of records) and preview the price in real time before placing an order. The price displayed in the generator is indicative and may change until the order is finalised (e.g. due to updates in the company database).
Database sample
Every user may download a free sample of 10 companies (CSV) matching the selected filter. The sample requires an email address and acceptance of the privacy policy. The sample is sent as a one-time download link valid for 60 minutes. Samples are subject to limits — a maximum of 3 samples per email address within 24 hours.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order
An order is placed via the generator. Filter configuration (PKD, city, number of records, contact mode) is saved as a draft. The user may return to the draft within 7 days. After 7 days, an unpaid draft may be deleted.
Price and discounts
The final price is calculated based on: number of records × unit price + contact mode surcharge (email, phone, email+phone). VAT at 23% is added to the price. Volume discounts are applied automatically: 10% for orders above 1,000 PLN net, 15% above 5,000 PLN, 20% above 10,000 PLN.
Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards. Once payment is credited, the order receives "paid" status and the database is generated and made available in the customer panel. A VAT invoice is issued automatically after the order is paid.
Access to Purchased Database (Lifetime Access)
After payment, the user receives unlimited access to the purchased database in the customer panel. The database may be downloaded multiple times without additional charges. If access to the file is lost, the user may regenerate it from the panel.

- A snapshot of the purchased data is archived
- The user may purchase a database update option (+10% of the order value)
- The Service reserves the right to change the file format or delivery method while maintaining data quality
Right of Withdrawal
The product is digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium. Before payment, the user is informed about loss of the withdrawal right once performance begins and consents to immediate delivery (checkbox at checkout). After payment and database access in the panel, the withdrawal right expires under Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act. Consumer provisions apply only where the user is not acting as a business.
Complaints
Complaints about purchased database quality or conformity may be sent to the operator’s contact email or registered office address. Include the order number, problem description, and expected remedy. We respond within 14 business days of receiving a complete complaint.
- Record count discrepancy > 5%
- Incorrect or outdated data in > 10% of records
- Technical issue preventing download despite payment
- If upheld: refund or re-generation as agreed
Liability
The Service makes every effort to keep data current and complete. Data originates from public registers (CEIDG, KRS, REGON). The Service is not liable for how purchasers use data, including marketing compliance. Liability to business users is limited to the fee for the relevant order, except for intentional damage, within mandatory legal limits.
Intellectual Property
Catalogue structure, filtering algorithms, export layout, Service branding, and marketing materials remain the operator’s property. Purchase does not transfer copyright in the database as a collection — the user receives a licence under B2B terms.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or delete accounts for Terms or licence breaches, suspected abuse, or legal obligation. We notify by email where possible.
Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms for material reasons (law, features, pricing). Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email and in the Service. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance unless the account is deleted earlier. Orders placed before changes are fulfilled on previous terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
Polish law applies. Disputes with businesses are resolved by the court competent for the operator’s seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint mechanisms (including the EU ODR platform).
Final Provisions
Invalidity of one provision does not affect the rest. These Terms together with the B2B licence and privacy policy constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the platform.
