General provisions
These B2B Data License Terms (“License”) govern use of company databases purchased or downloaded as a sample on bazafirm.online. The License is accepted when requesting a sample, completing checkout, or downloading a file after payment.
License grant
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased database solely for the Buyer’s own business operations. The License covers the filter snapshot saved with the order and — if the updates package was purchased — subsequent versions within the order scope.
- The License does not permit resale, sublicensing, or sharing the file with third parties outside the Buyer’s organization
- Dashboard access and re-downloads are tied to the account that placed the order
- CSV samples are for quality evaluation only — they are not a full production license
Permitted and prohibited use
Permitted
The Buyer may use the data for own B2B sales, prospecting, market analysis, and CRM, provided GDPR, the Polish Electronic Communications Act (PKE), and e-services rules are respected.
- Import into the Buyer’s own CRM/ERP within their organization
- B2B outreach after fulfilling own disclosure duties (including GDPR Art. 14)
- Archiving a working copy on the Buyer’s servers
Prohibited
Without our written consent, the Buyer must not:
- Resell, publicly share, or mass-distribute the file
- Combine the database with other data products for resale
- Offer “database as a product” services to third parties
- Misrepresent the data source or remove compliance metadata from exports
GDPR, PKE, and no marketing consent
Data comes from publicly available registers (including CEIDG, KRS, REGON). After purchase, the Buyer becomes the controller of contact data in the database for their own use. We do not guarantee prior marketing consent from recipients — B2B outreach legality is the Buyer’s responsibility.
- Sole proprietorship (CEIDG) records often contain personal data
- Email or phone may be personal data even in a business context
- Electronic marketing contact may require a separate legal basis (e.g. consent) under PKE
Term and updates
Dashboard access and re-downloads for a purchased database are indefinite while the account remains active and the License is not breached. The optional updates package (+10% price) provides monthly refreshes within the order scope for 12 months from purchase.
Compliance metadata in exports
Each CSV/XLSX export includes informational columns: data source, export date, legal form (indicative), and whether the record likely contains personal data. These columns support compliance audits and do not replace legal advice.
Liability and changes
We are not liable for how the Buyer uses data after delivery. We may update the License; material changes will be announced in the service. Orders placed before a change remain governed by the version accepted at checkout.
Document version
This License is versioned. Acceptance at checkout or sample download is recorded in consent_records with the specific version.
